AVWA Committee of Management is seeking a dedicated onboarding coordinator for Aged and Disability Service. You will handle client enquiries, coordinate MAC/RAS/ACAS processes, and guide clients through onboarding to service establishment.
Key duties include intake responses, assessments, referrals, and ensuring timely access to CHSP, SaH and NDIS supports. You will promote AVWA programs within the community, maintaining solid stakeholder relationships.
