We are currently looking for client service and administration professionals to join our Perth Trustee Operations team, helping beneficiaries navigate enquiries, applications and access to trust services.

About the role
As an Officer - Trustee Operations, you will support the day-to-day administration of Native Title Trust services, including helping beneficiaries with distribution applications and related enquiries.
This is a busy, primarily phone-based role where you will guide beneficiaries, process distribution applications, check information, update records and help ensure requests are handled accurately, respectfully and in line with required procedures.
You do not need prior trustee experience - we provide training and support. What matters most is your customer service capability, maturity, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
What you will do
Respond to beneficiary enquiries by phone, email and in person.
Assist with distribution applications and related administration.
Explain process requirements clearly and respectfully to beneficiaries.
Check information and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Follow up missing information where required; and




Escalate complex or sensitive matters to senior team members.
About you
You may come from a customer service, contact centre, claims, case coordination, administration or other service-based environment.
You will be well suited to this role if you:
Are confident and professional on the phone.
Enjoy helping people.
Can stay calm in busy or challenging situations.
Have strong attention to detail.
Are comfortable following procedures.
Are reliable, organised and team-oriented.
Have good computer skills, and
