An exciting opportunity has become available with a leading Australian consumer brand experiencing significant national growth. With an ambitious expansion strategy and a strong pipeline of new locations, they are seeking an experienced
Client-Side Project Manager
to join their Sydney team.
Working as part of an established property and development team, you will be responsible for delivering new site developments, refurbishments and capital works projects across NSW, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
The Opportunity
This is a genuine client-side role where you will manage the full project lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, landlords, contractors and external delivery partners from site acquisition through to store opening.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver multiple retail development and fit-out projects simultaneously.
Manage projects from feasibility, design and approvals through to construction, commissioning and handover.
Coordinate consultants including architects, engineers and project teams.
Procure and manage head contractors and specialist subcontractors.
Oversee programme, budget, quality and project risks.
Liaise with landlords, local authorities and external stakeholders.
Ensure projects meet operational,



commercial and brand requirements.
Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on project progress, budgets and milestones.
Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes across the portfolio.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a passion for delivering high-quality projects.
Ideally you will have:
6+ years' experience delivering retail, hospitality or commercial fit-out projects.
Client-side, consultancy or head contractor experience.
Strong knowledge of design, construction and project delivery.
Experience managing multiple live projects across different locations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets and programmes.
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
