From large-scale machine rebuilds and component overhauls to service exchange and field support, we help keep mining and heavy industry moving with reliable solutions built around quality, accountability, and strong teamwork.
As our Singleton operation continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to transform our store into a world class warehouse and logistics operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in structure and efficiency, and can lead from the front while supporting a growing national business.
About the Role
Working Monday to Friday and reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and stores department while supporting workshop, rebuild, and sales operations across the business.
You'll be responsible for maintaining efficient workflow, inventory accuracy, freight coordination, and strong team performance while helping shape systems and processes as the company continues to scale nationally.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise warehouse and stores personnel
Coordinate daily workflow, priorities, and staffing requirements
Manage inventory systems, stock accuracy, and cycle counts
Plan and oversee stock takes
Coordinate incoming and outgoing freight and logistics
Ensure timely parts supply to support workshop operations
Maintain safe, organised, and efficient work areas
Improve warehouse procedures and operational accountability
Work closely with suppliers, technicians, administration, and sales teams
Report operational performance and outcomes to management
Promote a strong team culture focused on safety and reliability
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager, Stores Manager, or similar leadership role
Robust inventory management and stock control experience
Experience within mining, heavy industry, automotive, or machinery environments
Strong leadership and communication skills
High-level organisational and problem-solving ability
Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems
Forklift licence preferred
A proactive attitude with strong accountability and ownership
