Bespoke Workforce Solutions is a family owned and operated company based in Brisbane.
We currently assist multiple NDIS Providers in Queensland from the Gold Coast to Townsville, who are looking for staffing solutions within their business. We aim to provide outstanding service not only to our clients but to our employees as well.
The team at Bespoke are looking for reliable, dedicated and qualified staff who have a passion for work in the Disability sector.
Even if you have just started your journey as a Support Worker we would love to hear from you, as we can help you gain experience in the field through our NDIS Clients.
With over 26 + SIL and Homecare locations to support, we currently have shifts available at:
GOLD COAST -
Belivah and Pacific Pines.
Must have Qualifications & Experience
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability. Applicants who have or are in the process of obtaining qualifications in this or a related field of study are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience of 12 months or more, supporting and caring for participants with MS, mental health and behavioural challenges, will be highly regarded.
NDIS Worker Screening and Infection Control Check.
Current National Police Check.
Valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with fully comprehensive insurance.
Current First Aid + CPR certificate.
Blue Card, Yellow Card.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Compassion, patience, and respect shown to clients at all times is a must.
Tasks & responsibilities
Assisting with personal care, such as daily hygiene,



getting dressed and assisting with any dispensation of medicines.
Offer companionship, conversation and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
Assist with mobility and encourage safe participation in daily activities.
Prepare meals and assist with meal planning when required.
Undertake light household duties, including tidying, laundry and maintaining a clean living environment.
Accompany the client to medical appointments, shopping and community outings as required.
Monitor the client's wellbeing and report any concerns appropriately.
Work collaboratively with family members and other health professionals when appropriate.
Accurate shift notes and records kept on the client and passed onto team members as required.
Benefits
Immediate starts available with client training and buddy shifts.
Remuneration varies by participant, but is generally MA******, SACS 1.3 ($***** to $***** Mon - Sun) and SACS 2.1 ($***** to $***** Mon - Sun). Rates are casual, plus Superannuation etc.
Sleepover allowance is $***** per night with sleep disturbance paid as per award.
Km allowance is as per award at $1.01 / km
Rostered shifts, Monday to Sunday, up to two weeks in advance.
On Call rostering for one day per fortnight.
Chance for additional hours at the above mentioned sites and other sites within our network.
Up to 76 hours per fortnight.
Set shifts times for SIL's are Monday to Sunday 1)
11am - 4pm
Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 2)
9am to 4pm
Tuesday and Friday.
Shift times for Homecare will vary depending on participant.
CAS shifts are varied and will attract a broken shift allowance where applicable.
