About You
You are a caring,



motivated and professional educator who is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and fostering positive relationships with children and families.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum)
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
• Robust communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, reliable and proactive approach
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working With Children Check and Police Check
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality care and education for children
• Create and implement engaging learning experiences and activities
• Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Support children's development, wellbeing and learning outcomes
• Contribute to programming, observations and documentation
• Share children's achievements and developmental milestones with families
• Work collaboratively as part of a professional and supportive team
