We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
Corporate Services Officer
to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our organisation. This is an exciting prospect for someone who enjoys working across finance, payroll, human resources, administration, records management, systems and reporting while contributing to meaningful community outcomes.
About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Corporate Services Officer provides practical support across Akeyulerre's corporate services functions, helping maintain efficient, accurate and culturally safe organisational systems. The role supports finance and payroll processes, HR administration, compliance activities, records management, reporting, SharePoint systems and organisational data management.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting accounts payable and receivable, payroll administration and financial record keeping.
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records and workforce administration.
Maintaining corporate records, registers, compliance systems and document control processes.
Supporting SharePoint improvements, forms, reporting templates and organisational systems.
Assisting with data collection, analysis, dashboards and reporting.
Maintaining WHS records, asset registers and office administration systems.
Providing general administrative support across the organisation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience in administration, corporate services, finance, payroll, HR support or a similar coordination role.
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Experience using Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
Confidence working with finance, payroll and business systems, including Xero.
The ability to organise, analyse and present information for reporting and decision-making purposes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
A respectful and culturally safe approach to working with Aboriginal staff, Elders, families and communities.
Desirable
Experience with payroll, bookkeeping, accounts administration, acquittals or audit preparation.
Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, dashboards, reporting tools, monitoring and evaluation systems.
Qualifications in business administration, accounting, payroll, HR, data analytics or a related field.
Experience working within an Aboriginal organisation or community-controlled organisation.
Current NT Driver Licence.
