About the Role
The Woodcroft College ELC are seeking applications for a Co-Educators
(Diploma qualified) to join our early learning team.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the delivery of a high-quality, play-based early learning program aligned with the EYLF
Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
Work collaboratively within a team to create engaging, inclusive learning environments
Contribute positively to the daily life of the ELC, supporting routines, programs and events

What We're Looking For
Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator
A caring, reliable and professional approach to working with young children
Sound understanding of early childhood practice and child development
Strong communication skills and a cooperative mindset
Willingness to support the Christian ethos and values of the College
