Casual Support Specialist – Rockingham & Peel Region

Are you a compassionate and experienced Support Specialist looking for versatile work with purpose? We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team supporting people to live their best lives in the Rockingham & Peel Region.
This is a casual position, ideal for professionals who enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a genuine impact — with the potential to move into a part-time role for the right candidate.
About the Role
You'll be supporting participants in their day-to-day lives, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. We're looking for someone who is a true champion for community inclusion — helping participants build confidence, connect socially, and access meaningful activities.
Your work may include:
Supporting individuals with mental health needs




Implementing Behaviour Support Plans
Providing care for clients with dementia
Diabetes management
Medication administration
Supporting community access and social engagement
Encouraging participants to explore and engage in community activities and local services
Shift Availability
We are seeking candidates available for both:
Day shift coverage
Sleep shifts (overnight)
This role also includes casual on-call / short notice shift cover, so flexibility is important.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar support role
Experience working with mental health and complex needs
Current NDIS Clearance
NDIS Worker Orientation Modules completed
Senior First Aid & CPR
Current Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
