We're looking for
Production Operators
to join our growing team and play a direct role in delivering defence capability that helps keep Australia safe, secure and future-ready.
What You'll Be Doing
Assemble advanced military vehicles in line with production schedules and work instructions
Work with mechanical and electrical components using hand tools and equipment
Contribute to quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives
Support LEAN manufacturing practices in a modern production environment
Help deliver critical capability to Australia's defence sector
What We're Looking For
Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or a trade environment (desirable, not essential)
Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
Confidence using hand tools
Strong focus on safety and quality
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethic




Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and contributes to a positive workplace culture
Robust communication skills and respect for people from diverse backgrounds
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
