Enoteca Lounge & Cucina is a contemporary Italian restaurant located in Adelaide SA, currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their team.
The restaurant focuses on quality ingredients, seasonal produce and contemporary Italian dining.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of dishes in accordance with menu requirements and quality standards
Assisting with menu planning and contributing to the development of seasonal dishes and specials
Monitoring the quality of ingredients and prepared dishes to ensure consistency
Maintaining high standards of food preparation, portion control and presentation
Ensuring kitchen areas, equipment and food storage areas are kept clean, organised and compliant with food safety requirements
Monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients correctly and assisting with ordering kitchen supplies
Minimising food wastage through effective stock management and portion control




Following workplace health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times
Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods
About You:
At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Chef
Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and commercial kitchen operations
Ability to maintain consistent food quality in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Good understanding of food safety, sanitation and workplace hygiene requirements
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining kitchen standards
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per annum
