With a reputation for quality, service and delivery, they are looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to their growing team.

The Reward
$90,000 - $120,000 base salary + commission + car

The Role
This is a relationship-driven BDM position focused on developing new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships across NSW.
You Will Be Responsible For
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Developing relationships with builders, architects, designers, project managers and corporate clients




Presenting tailored signage solutions to meet client requirements
Managing the sales process from prospecting through to project delivery
Preparing proposals, quotations and tender submissions
Working closely with internal design, production and installation teams
Maintaining an active sales pipeline and CRM
Achieving sales and growth targets
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys winning business and building lasting client relationships.
You Will Ideally Have
Experience in B2B sales or business development
Signage industry experience highly regarded
Exposure to print, visual communications, fit-out, construction products or related industries will also be considered
Strong communication and presentation skills
A consultative approach to sales
Proven ability to generate recent business opportunities
A proactive and results-focused mindset
