We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our People, Safety & Systems Team (PSS), to assist in delivering our commitment to developing, supporting, and implementing our PSS strategies. This is an exciting and challenging chance that will have a significant influence on the success of our people by delivering a positive difference to our clients, our employees, and the community.
About the Role:
Based in Devonport or Launceston on a full-time basis (part-time considered), the position reports through to the PSS Adviser, based in Hobart.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop their HR career, with a particular focus on; recruitment, onboarding, HR Administration, the 'Apprentice lifecycle', and employee engagement activities.
The role requires regular travel to either Launceston or Devonport (depending on where the successful applicant is based).
We also offer 'working from home' flexibility arrangements also.
The salary range for this position is $75k-$90k (depending on experience and skills).
About You:
The successful applicant will have experience andqualifications in management and/or leadership (preferably HR) and the ability to think commercially.
You will need excellent time management skills, along with demonstrated administration, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
You will be passionate about career development and talent management.
