We are seeking a diligent and motivated Junior Legal Associate to join our legal team. The successful candidate will assist with various legal tasks, supporting senior legal staff and helping to ensure the organization remains compliant with legal regulations. This position offers a great opportunity for a recent law graduate or someone early in their legal career to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:1. Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research on various topics and prepare memos to assist senior legal staff with ongoing cases and projects.2. Document Drafting: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.3. Case Preparation: Support senior legal staff in the preparation and organization of case files, exhibits, and legal arguments for hearings and trials.4. Compliance Monitoring:



Help monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations by supporting the development and implementation of internal policies.5. Client Interaction: Assist in maintaining communication with clients, answering preliminary inquiries, and ensuring clients are kept informed of case progress.6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining legal :1.
