ring: Advising on the establishment, structuring and ongoing management of investment funds across multiple asset clas
ses.Documenta
tion: Reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including limited partnership agreements (LPAs), unit trusts, constitutions, Information Memoranda (IMs), Product Disclosure Statements (PDSs), subscription agreements and shareholders' agreeme
nts.Corporate M&a;
mp;A: Supporting corporate M&A; transactions and investme
nts.Product Develop
ment: Assisting with the structuring and delivery of investment products to global wholesale invest
ors.Regulatory Compli
ance:



Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions, with a particular focus on alternative investment fu
nds.Govern
ance: Providing guidance on governance frameworks and managing investor relations from a legal perspect
ive.
The Ideal Cand
idate
3 + years' PQE gained in a leading law firm or a sophisticated financial services/investment management enviro
nment.Solid experience advising on investment funds, managed funds or private equity transac
tions.Exposure to offshore fund regimes and cross-border fundraising activity will be highly reg
arded.Retail fund experience will place you at a distinct adva
ntage.A commercially pragmatic mindset, with the ability to work closely with business teams in a fast-paced enviro
