Vamonos Paella Restaurant Manager
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work setting.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, operations, and customer satisfaction.
Hire, train, and schedule employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable and proficient in their roles.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock.
Create and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.




Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update the menu, ensuring it meets customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to keep employees informed and motivated.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing as needed.
