Now we're looking for a capable, grounded person who wants to learn how a busy delivery operation really works and grow into running the shift.
You don't need to arrive as an experienced logistics coordinator. We'll train you through a structured development program. What matters is that you're reliable, quick to learn, positive with people and willing to start hands-on.
What You'll Do
You'll begin by learning the operation from the ground up:
Learn our world class routing software and help allocate work to walkers and drivers
FInd office locations and deliver orders professionally
Monitor deliveries and respond when something is running late
Help complete walking deliveries across Sydney CBD
Give clear instructions and help the delivery team solve problems
Gradually take on more responsibility until you can coordinate the shift
This isn't a desk-only job. You'll combine computer work, problem-solving, staff coordination and physical deliveries.

Previous logistics experience is useful, but it's not essential. A driver's licence is also helpful, but not required.

Starting salary around $60,000
