About the Role
We're looking for a motivated
CNC Operator
to join our Molendinar team on a full-time basis. Working Monday to Friday from
7am to 3:30pm
, you'll be part of a skilled, supportive team producing premium timber stair components using industry-leading CNC technology. If you enjoy hands‐on work, precision manufacturing and seeing the finished product come to life, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Manufacturing solid timber stair components using CNC machinery
Operating Pod & Rail 5-Axis Biesse Rover A and Rover C machines
Performing routine machine maintenance and upkeep
Troubleshooting manufacturing issues
Completing quality inspections and production documentation
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Ideally, you'll have:
Experience operating CNC machinery (timber industry experience highly regarded)
A current Australian Driver Licence
A trade qualification in Carpentry, Joinery or a related trade (preferred)
Experience in timber manufacturing or a similar production environment (advantageous)
A robust work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to quality
