Key responsibilities will include:
Managing the Academic Registrar's diary, day-to-day priorities, inbox and correspondence.
Acting as a key point of contact, triaging enquiries and ensuring matters are directed and resolved efficiently.
Coordinating meetings, briefings and supporting documentation to keep activities running smoothly.
Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across the University and external organisations.
Assisting with travel, expense management and records administration to support the efficient operation of the office.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a busy senior office environment.
You will be confident supporting a senior staff member, managing competing priorities, exercising sound judgement and discretion, and building strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders while keeping operations running smoothly.
You will also bring:
Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in an executive support, administration or similar role.
We value a combination of education, training and practical experience.
Demonstrated administrative and customer service skills, including experience providing high-level executive assistance to senior staff in a large and busy workplace environment.
Proven ability to coordinate and manage complex, diverse and competing commitments for a senior leader using an electronic diary system.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to consult and negotiate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing work demands and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
