From our very inception in ****, Hilton Manufacturing (Hilton) has set the highest of standards in precision engineering and manufacturing quality.
Hilton was built on our founders' vision, now operating from two modern manufacturing facilities, our main Headquarters and manufacturing plant in the South-East of Melbourne, located in Dandenong South Victoria, with over 20,000 sqm of under roof engineering, development, and manufacturing facilities. And our northern manufacturing facility of 4,000 sqm in the Southern-West region of Brisbane, located in Wacol Queensland.

Purpose
Day shift position
As our Welder, you will be responsible for cutting and joining metals and other materials at our facilities or construction sites.



You will be working with the latest technology and equipment to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of precision.

Key Accountabilities
To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria:
MIG/TIG welding experience with aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel in a manufacturing setting
Possess a passion for a high standard of work and quality.
Commitment to safe working practices and environment
Be physically fit and capable of manual handling.
Be able to work individually and as part of a team.
Be committed and enthusiastic.
Available to start ASAP.
Qualifications and Experience
Metal fabrication, boilermaker, or vehicle body building experience
TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret drawings and job specifications.
Current drivers' license and reliable transport
Ability to identify and resolve mechanical problems.
Understanding of ISO **** and ISO ***** quality systems
