An exciting opportunity is now available for an Accounts Administrator to join their friendly team in Canning Vale. Reporting directly to the Company Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration and accounts functions of the business. Key Responsibilities
Processing general accounts administration, including paying subcontractors and suppliers.
Consolidating, checking, and processing employee timesheets.
Coordinating flights and accommodation bookings for staff.
Greeting visitors and providing a professional first point of contact.




Responding to phone and email enquiries.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
Assisting with general office administration and ad hoc accounts duties as required.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an administration role.
Previous accounts or accounts administration experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn new tasks and support the wider team.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.

Salary of
$66,500 - $73,000 + Super
(negotiable based on experience).
