The Role
We're on the lookout for an experienced
Logistics Scheduler
to join our fuel division team, based at our
Forrestdale office
. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our daily dispatch and scheduling operations, coordinating fuel deliveries primarily for our Kalgoorlie operations while ensuring drivers, vehicles, and loads are optimised for efficiency, compliance, and safety.
This is a full-time position in a fast-moving, high-volume environment where no two days look the same. You'll work closely with drivers, operations managers, and clients to keep the wheels turning sometimes literally.
What You'll Be Doing
Planning and managing daily and weekly driver and vehicle schedules for fuel deliveries across our Kalgoorlie operations and broader regional network
Coordinating with depot teams, drivers, and clients to ensure on-time, accurate delivery of fuel loads
Monitoring and responding to real-time changes, breakdowns, delays, load variations and adapting schedules on the fly
Maintaining scheduling systems and ensuring compliance with fatigue management, chain of responsibility, and relevant transport regulations
Communicating proactively with customers and internal stakeholders on delivery status and any changes




Identifying inefficiencies and contributing ideas to improve scheduling processes and fleet utilisation
Supporting the broader operations team and stepping in wherever needed - we're a roll-up-your-sleeves kind of team
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in transport scheduling, logistics coordination, or a similar operations role '" fuel, bulk liquid, or heavy haulage experience highly regarded
Solid understanding of transport regulations including fatigue management and chain of responsibility
Confident using transport management or scheduling software
Strong numerical and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication skills - you'll be the link between drivers, depot, management, and clients
