MLKA Hospitality Recruitment is seeking experienced Hospitality Managers & Management Couples to join our clients teams for current and upcoming vacancies across Regional & Remote Australia.
These live-in positions offer the opportunity to work in some of the country's most stunning locations, from idyllic coastal hideaways to outback rugged landscapes, small country towns and remote off-grid destinations.
Roles are spread across Roadhouses, Hotels, Resorts, Lodges and Caravan Parks.

What we're looking for
Experienced Managers and Management Couples with previous experience managing remote properties
Supervisors, duty managers and assistant managers
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Robust organisational and time management abilities
Relevant hospitality qualifications or certifications
Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering amazing guest experiences
Strong experience managing remote teams
