As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day!
This is a permanent, full time position based from Perth metro.
The Role:
Attend various locations, predominantly within Perth;
Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
Prepare and draft factual reports.

About You:
Hold a
Certificate III in Investigations;




Have a current and valid
Investigators Licence
;
Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
Experience conducting Workers Compensation, General Insurance and CTP investigations is
highly desirable
;
Experience working with the Insurance Commission of Western Australia;
Have
excellentwritten and verbal
skills;
Strong attention to detail
with theability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
