Service Operations Administrator
Full time - Roster 8/6
Looking for the work-life balance of a FIFO roster without the long swings away? This role offers an 8 days on, 6 days off roster, giving you the advantage of regular time off while still being home every night.
Forrestfield
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Service Operations Administrator to support our busy Service & Repairs team in Forrestfield. This is a critical role that keeps our workshop running smoothly — from job tracking and invoicing to customer support and internal coordination.

What you'll be doing:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Service Manager, Supervisors, and workshop teams
Act as a key point of contact for service calls, customers, and internal stakeholders
Manage service job administration including job creation, WIP, invoicing, costing, and job closures




Monitor labour hours, timesheets, and ensure accurate job costing and allocation
Maintain filing systems, service records, and documentation in line with company standards
Support workshop operations with job packs, job cards, and workflow coordination
Assist with reporting, data entry, and performance tracking
Process purchase orders, invoices, and third-party charges
Support safety processes including incident registers, audits, and documentation
Assist with customer bookings, estimates, and general service coordination
Collaborate closely with the Parts and Service teams to ensure smooth operations
What we're looking for:
2–5 years' experience in an administration role (ideally in a workshop, service or industrial setting)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems
Exposure to service & repairs / workshop environments
Certificate in Business Administration or related field
