About the Role
We're looking for an energetic and motivated Partnership Coordinator to join our Relationships team full time and help develop meaningful corporate, philanthropic and community support for Lifeline WA.
Reporting to the Relationship Development Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the stewardship of corporate and philanthropic partners, while assisting with the planning and delivery of a diverse calendar of community-based fundraising events.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you'll work closely with the Partnerships team to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support, and work alongside the Fundraising & Events Coordinator to help deliver events that inspire generosity and strengthen community connection.
You'll also help implement effective donor retention and stewardship strategies to build long-term relationships with Lifeline WA's partners and contribute to our broader fundraising strategy.
Most importantly, your work will help drive a positive return on investment for partnership fundraising initiatives — ensuring more resources can be directed toward crisis support and suicide prevention services across Western Australia.

About You
You'll thrive in this role if you're organised, proactive and passionate about supporting relationships that make a real difference. You will bring:
Not-for-profit experience is essential.
Formal qualifications in partnerships and event management, fundraising or a related discipline is desirable.
Proven capability in community-based fundraising and event management or similar is desirable
Valid driver's license and willingness to work occasional weekends.
Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a range of audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
Capacity for creative, innovative, and dynamic thinking.
Proven team player; committed to working collaboratively to achieve organisational outcomes.
