We are on the look out for a
Food and Beverage Supervisor,
who will be primarily responsible for leading and supporting the events team. This emerging leader will know how to motivate a team, make genuine connections with guests and extend assistance to other operations where needed.
Job Description
Full time role, with varying shifts across all 7 days
Ensuring that the outlet is running smoothly and all tasks are completed efficiently
Lead our front-of-house team to deliver a seamless experience for all guests
Problem solving –you never know what's going to happen but need to be resourceful with resolving issues
Liaise with other departments in the hotel and assist other outlets when needed
Train new team members and share your knowledge with the team
Qualifications
Prior experience in Food & Beverage service at similar level – with an events and conferencing background




Hold a valid RSA – essential
Passion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional service experience to our guests
A team-player, ready to jump in and assist wherever needed
Excellent communication skills, problem solving and adaptable to different situations
Someone who can lead by example, as well as positively influence and motivate the team
