Job Description
We are currently hiring a full-time Clinic Manager at our Kent Street clinic. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and nurturing the clinic by implementing targeted marketing strategies, fostering doctor engagement, and continuously improving the patient experience. You will also provide guidance and leadership to the Nursing, Day Surgery Unit, Embryology, Facilities, and Reception teams.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
Cultivating a positive culture within the Kent Street clinic and enhancing staff engagement
Proactively managing communication across the clinic
Leading marketing initiatives focused on attracting and engaging patients
Strengthening relationships with doctors
Continuously improving the patient experience
Managing and resolving escalated issues
This position is dynamic and varied, ensuring that each day presents new challenges. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to participate in various projects that will help you develop your skills and broaden your expertise at Genea.
Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced
Clinic Manager for this role,



ideally with experience within the Fertility industry
. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build a strong culture, solid operations experience with the capability to work broadly across the clinic and a strong commercial acumen. As the Clinic Manager you will play a critical role in the growth of the clinic, nurturing doctor relationships and ensuring the continuous delivery of an exceptional patient experience - we are seeking some who has delivered all these things before and is ready for a new challenge!
