What are we looking for?
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and getting into the details. You'll bring strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset and a commitment to accuracy while building positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Your Key Functions Will Include:
Managing the end-to-end accounts payable process for overseas suppliers
Ensure all foreign currency petty cash is processed and accounted for
Assisting with retail store openings and closures
Regular filing and archiving
Assisting with month end processes and reporting
Assisting with the annual company audit
Company utilities liaison, as required
Company telecommunications liaison, as required
What You'll Bring:
2+ years accounts payable and general accounting experience




Experience in processing a high volume of data entry
Strong computer skills, with competency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel
Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Enthusiasm with a positive and collaborative attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with both internal and external business partners
