Job Description
This is an on-site position.
We're looking for
Job Coaches
to join our dedicated and passionate team in
Davoren Park
and
Surrounding Suburbs, SA.
***NO PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT SERVICES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY***

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to work towards and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sustainable employment outcomes for clients
Adaptability and flexibility in handling various client needs and situations
Empathetic approach with a genuine desire to help others succeed
Proficiency in using computer systems and databases for record-keeping




Knowledge of local job market trends and employment opportunities in the Burnie area
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles
Confidence in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
