About UniSport Australia
UniSport Australia is the national governing body for university sport, representing 40 universities and more than one million students. We promote participation, competition and high-performance pathways while delivering Australia's premier university sporting events.
About the role
As Registration & Events Senior Coordinator, you'll be central to the planning and delivery of the UniSport Nationals. You'll manage registration systems, coordinate event operations, analyse participation data and work closely with universities and stakeholders to deliver exceptional sporting experiences across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Lead registration and competition management systems.
Coordinate registration,
accreditation and event administration.
Produce accurate registration and participation reports.
Manage registration-related finances and entry processes.
Support the delivery of Nationals HQ during events.
Improve systems and administrative processes.
Coordinate the UniSport National Conference.
Contribute to broader organisational projects.
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience managing registration systems and databases.
At least three years' experience in event management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
