Job Description
Ensure that all responsible service of alcohol procedures are practiced at all times
Interact with all guests – take orders, making beverages etc.
Greets guests
Ensure service standards are met




Ensures that approved service sequences and standards are maintained at all times
Ensures that all opening and closing procedures are carried out to an acceptable standard
Take responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames
Participate in scheduled training and development programs provided by Accor
Abide by the Accor policies in relations to equal employment opportunity and harassment in the workplace
Create a culture of inclusion and diversity allowing all team members to Feel Welcome and Feel Valued
Qualifications
Previous barista experience in a hospitality environment
RSA is desirable
Be a team player and pride yourself on your ability to deliver outstanding customer service
Have strong attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn
An ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments
Strong focus and passion for airport operations

This role is base at the Qantas Lounges at the Perth Domestic Airport (T3&T4;)
