Job Description
We're looking for Job Coaches, In-Work Support Consultants and Employment Engagement Consultants to join our dedicated and passionate team in Sydney East Metro region.
This is an on-site position
We are a determined and compassionate team who thrive together in pursuit of our belief that work's for everyone, whilst having fun along the way.
Join us for our next Recruitment Information Session where you will get the opportunity to connect with one of our Service Managers for an on-the-spot interview and to learn more about atWork Australia.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills




Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Proficiency in using job search and recruitment tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
Adaptability and empathy in client interactions
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on positive outcomes
Knowledge of local job market and employment trends (preferred)
No previous employment services experience necessary – we value enthusiasm and the right attitude!
