Are you passionate about supporting families of children with disabilities and developmental delays? At

we're looking for a
Family Support Specialist
to help families navigate the
NDIS
and maximise the support available for their child's growth and development.

What You'll Do:
? Provide ongoing check-ins and plan reassessments to ensure families receive the right support.
? Empower families to confidently manage and implement their child's NDIS plan.
? Help set and review individualised goals based on family priorities.
? Maintain accurate records, complete administrative tasks, and use IT systems effectively.
? Offer compassionate guidance during challenging conversations.

About You:
✨ Exceptional customer service and a family-centred approach.




✨ Strong communication skills to simplify complex information.
✨ Experience in early childhood education, administration, or customer service.
✨ Knowledge of the
NDIS
and a passion for supporting families.
✨ Tech-savvy with the ability to use online systems and telehealth tools.
