The Opportunity
BlueScope Building Components is looking for a Production Manager
to join the
Operations team
based in
Novar Gardens SA
. BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.
In this exciting and brand-new role, you will collaborate with the operations team and drive continuous improvement of the production of our products and operational systems. This opportunity is a key frontline leadership position that supports the supervisors, operations coordinators and the overall site, ensuring the success of planned delivery schedules are on-time meeting our customer expectations.
What Will You Do?
In this leadership position, you will:
provide support to the scheduling team and manage conflicting priorities and customer orders ensuring on-time delivery
optimise the efficiency, effectiveness and cost associated with the daily operations
work collaboratively with production and operations teams and be solution focused
be innovative, agile and have a proactive approach to drive business innovation
