Job Description
Curious and colourful, just like our Birdie, you will be passionate about joining a team that delivers exceptional food with an authentic and welcoming style. Experience in a venue and or hotel workplace is desirable and leadership experience essential.
Qualifications
Trade qualification and experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.




Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
Demonstrated experience leading staff.
Exemplary communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to maintain high and consistent standards.
Availability to work 38 hours per week on a rotating roster that may include morning shifts
