Croudace Constructs is a building company that specialise in renovation works based in Adelaide's Southern Suburbs.
What we're looking for:
Currently we are seeking a trade qualified Leading Hand Carpenter who has a proven history in all facets of Carpentry works.
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise and Leadership in on site carpentry projects with experience in renovation projects.

Key Duties:
First & second fix carpentry
Plasterboarding & flushing
Finishing works
Ability to read & interpret plans
Ability to work as part of a crew and lead the team
Help schedule the team into jobs including time allocation.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Current Police Clearance (less than 12 months old) required upon successful application
Current Driver's Licence
Current White Card
Qualification in Joinery or Carpentry
Sound and extensive knowledge of the building industry
Ability to read and interpret plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Readily available to commit to the role
Committed to ensuring safety on site
