team as a Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary for Australia!
This role is located in Sydney
. You'll enjoy a varied role, responsible for owning and further developing our Australian Legal function.

Has experience across a range of financial services, corporate, and governance matters in Australia
Can deliver clear, risk-aware legal advice
Is proactive, responsive, and able to operate with a high degree of independence and initiative
is adaptable to change, and is motivated by our vision and purpose
