Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
This is a Full-time Fixed Term position from May to October ****
Oversee recruitment to meet Hotel Talent needs following Hotel and Company guidelines.
Ensure that strategies and practices are in place to facilitate the efficient and effective staffing of all departments to achieve financial and service quality targets.
Organise and coordinate reward and recognition events and activities across your portfolio, collaborating with operational stakeholders
Conduct and offer guidance on performance reviews, oversee training initiatives, and assume responsibility for fostering high-performing talent within the hotel.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a Human Resources advisory or business partner role, with a preference for prior experience in the Hospitality or Tourism sector
Demonstrated ability to foster relationships across all levels of the organisation
An inclination toward team-oriented problem solving to achieve desired outcomes




Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, workplace relations, occupational health and safety, and legislative compliance
Self-reliant, demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, meticulousness, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Exceptional organisational skills and an unwavering focus on detail
