We're currently seeking a
full-time, Client Service Officer
to become the welcoming face and first point of contact for clients and their beloved pets. If you're passionate about customer service, love animals and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace – we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
This is not your average reception job – every day at SASH presents new challenges. You'll be part of a fast-paced, 24-hour emergency and specialist hospital, working 10-hour shifts on a rotating roster. Expect variety, purpose, and the chance to make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and manage front-of-house areas, including waiting rooms
Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails using multiple systems
Coordinate and book appointments across various departments
Act as a liaison between clients and clinical staff
Process payments (cash, EFTPOS,



and insurance claims)
Request results, samples, and documentation from third parties
About You:
You're a team player with a proactive mindset, ready to take on a role that is both challenging and deeply rewarding. You thrive in a busy environment and are passionate about providing a high level of service to both clients and their pets.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
At least
2 years' experience
in a high-volume reception or administrative role
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong initiative and time management skills
A resilient and empathetic approach to client care
A positive, team-oriented attitude
A passion for animals and delivering outstanding customer service
