Leasing Manager – Residential Property (Surfers Paradise)
At Meriton, our Leasing Managers play a key role in creating exceptional first impressions and delivering strong leasing outcomes across our residential communities.
As part of our growing Gold Coast portfolio, you will take ownership of the leasing function for premium residential properties in the vibrant Surfers Paradise area. This role is focused on driving occupancy, building strong tenant relationships and ensuring a seamless leasing experience from enquiry through to move-in.
You'll work closely with Building Managers and internal teams to help maintain high occupancy levels, deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the portfolio.

What you'll be responsible for
Managing the end-to-end leasing process from enquiry to approved application
Conducting inspections and delivering a professional leasing experience
Driving occupancy outcomes and minimising vacancy
Advertising properties across online and marketing platforms
Building strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants
Working closely with Building Managers and internal property managers to support smooth operations
Monitoring local rental market trends and assisting with pricing recommendations
Ensuring compliance with legislation,
company policies and leasing procedures

What you'll bring
Previous residential leasing experience (high-volume experience highly regarded)
A strong customer-focused and results-driven approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive, reliable and professional attitude
Availability to work Saturdays
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
Experience with Ailo or similar property management systems will be highly regarded
