The firm has experienced sustained growth through referrals and long-standing client relationships, creating the need for another experienced Commercial Lawyer to join the team. The Role
You'll advise a broad range of business clients across matters including:
Commercial contracts and business agreements
Business sales and acquisitions
Corporate and commercial advisory
Shareholder and business structuring matters
Commercial leasing
Employment advice and workplace issues
General business advisory
Tax exposure is advantageous, but certainly not essential
About You
You'll likely have:
5–15 years' PAE
Experience in commercial law gained within a boutique, mid-tier or national firm
Solid drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
Confidence managing matters and developing client relationships
A practical, commercial approach to problem solving
The ambition to continue developing as a trusted adviser
Work directly with an ex Top-Tier Managing Partner.
Genuine flexibility with a "use the office when you need to" approach.
Advise business owners, founders and high-net-worth clients on high-quality commercial matters.
