Task & responsibilities
Creating a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts
Decorating baked goods using various techniques
Ensuring quality and consistency in all products
Collaborating with team members to develop new recipes
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Qualification & experience
Experience in the Croissant/ Viennoiserie sector is essential
At least 2years proven experience as a or in a similar role
Formal culinary training or certification recommended
Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Strong attention to detail and creativity
