Millbrook is a stunning, multi-award winning winery, cellar door, restaurant and function venue located in Jarrahdale, 50 minutes southeast of the Perth CBD and is part of the Fogarty Wine Group.
Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver prompt, skilled and friendly customer service at all times
Provide foodand beverage service in a busy restaurant and cellar door environment
Conduct wine tastings and confidently discuss our wines, menu and local produce with guests
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming work environment
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Be available to work weekends, public holidays and evenings as required
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a front of house hospitality role




Wine and knowledge is desirable; however full training will be provided
A genuine passion for hospitality, local produce and wine
Outstanding customer service skills with a warm, engaging personality
Ability to confidently manage your own dining section in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn, grow and develop within the hospitality industry
Flexible and reliable, with availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
