What You'll Do
Based at
Mornington
you'll support NDIS participants across a wide-ranging and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
The Mornington office has a team of 15 clinicians with a make up of: 9 OT's, 1 Physiotherapist, 4 Behaviour Support Practitioners and 1 Allied Health Assistant.
You'll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
You'll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications
What You'll Need
PBS Registration -
Proficient Suitability
Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
Driver's license and own vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum of 3 years' experience within Behaviour Support
