They are currently seeking an organised and customer-focused Preconstruction Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with residential construction experience who enjoys managing multiple stages of the pre-site process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role:
Manage a portfolio of clients throughout the preconstruction process.
Coordinate documentation required prior to construction.
Liaise with drafting, estimating, contracts, colour selections, finance and approvals teams.
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate and submitted within required timeframes.
Keep clients informed throughout each stage of the process and provide outstanding customer service.




Monitor timelines and proactively resolve issues that may impact site commencement.
Maintain accurate records within the CRM and internal systems.
About You:
Previous experience within a Preconstruction Coordinator, Customer Service Coordinator or Permits role in residential construction.
Strong understanding of the project home building process.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Confidence working across multiple systems and Microsoft Office.
