NMT is looking for an experienced accounts person to join our vibrant, enthusiastic and professional team.
The Role:
The successful candidate willassist the Project Manager and Senior Cost Controller to deliver effective project outcomes in the areas of cost control, whilst also providing support to forecast and reporting.
Reporting directly to the
Senior Cost Controller
, daily responsibilities will include:
Accounts Payable - Manage subcontractor and supplier purchases and invoices in line with contracts
Accounts Receivable - Ensure compliance with project finance requirements to provide accurate, timely cost and claim management processes
Project Cash flow and forecasting - Maintain forecast cost to complete, forecast final cost and forecast final margin
Project Profit and loss management - Maintain project P&L; in line with End of Month Company process
Project Reporting - Assist in the preparation and collation of project reports including original budget, progression, variations, and close-out report
Assisting team with project reporting in client portal
The successful applicant MUST have...
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
Highly developed numerical and financial acumen
High attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a fast pace environment
