WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are currently recruiting for an
Aviation Storeperson
to join our Richmond Operations team. This role is responsible for providing logistics and warehouse support to ensure the efficient management of aircraft parts, tooling, ground support equipment (GSE) and inventory that supports our operational fleet.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting engineering and flight operations, coordinating freight and logistics activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance across our stores function.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the receipt, inspection, storage and issue of aircraft parts and inventory while maintaining accurate inventory records and traceability requirements
Maintain inventory levels through stock replenishment, purchasing support and inventory control processes
Manage Ground Support Equipment (GSE), including servicing schedules, calibration requirements and ensuring equipment remains operational
Coordinate freight, receiving, dispatch and warehouse activities to support aircraft maintenance operations
Provide day-to-day logistics support to engineering and flight crews based at Richmond
Assist with stores operations across other Coulson Aviation facilities, including temporary travel to Bankstown or other operational locations as required
Ensure compliance with CASA regulatory requirements and company maintenance procedures relating to stores operations
Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse processes, inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in warehousing, logistics,
inventory management or stores operations (minimum 5 years preferred)
Experience with receiving, dispatch, freight coordination, purchasing and stock control
Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse processes
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Current Forklift Licence
Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
Aviation industry experience, particularly within a maintenance or engineering environment
Certificate, Trade or TAFE qualification in Warehousing, Logistics or a related discipline
Experience supporting regulated aviation maintenance environments
Knowledge of CASA Part 145 maintenance organisation requirements
Experience working with inventory management or ERP systems
