Your opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Intermediary Distribution, Australia, this role is responsible for supporting the broader intermediary sales team in their efforts to grow our funds under management and adviser base. The role provides a broad range of sales support, client servicing, platform management and business support activities, requiring a proactive, organised and client‐focused approach.
Engage with financial advisers through inbound and outbound communications, responding to enquiries, providing product information and supporting relationship development activities.
Support platform relationships and opportunities, including fund additions, due diligence requirements and reporting obligations
Manage client, consultant and platform information requests, including due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, audit requests and the provision of investment, product and operational information.
Produce, maintain and analyse business reporting, sales support materials and key business data to support adviser engagement, client servicing and team objectives.




Support adviser rebate and contractual arrangements for the Intermediary team, including agreement management, internal approvals, stakeholder coordination, implementation, record maintenance and timely payments.
Support strategic, operational and regulatory initiatives across the Intermediary business, representing the team in cross-functional projects and working with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
Provide administrative and sales support to the Intermediary team, including events, meetings, client engagement activities and other business priorities as required.

Must have skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with advisers, clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to develop and maintain solid relationships with advisers, clients and key stakeholders, delivering a high standard of service and fostering long‐term partnerships.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proactive and solutions‐focused,



with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and deliverables.
Confident and articulate phone manner, with the ability to build rapport, identify client needs and deliver a high standard of service and support.
Experience coordinating and completing due diligence questionnaires, client information requests or similar business support activities.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Copilot and Salesforce.
Must hold the right to live and work in Australia.
Nice to have skills
Understanding of financial services, investment products and intermediary distribution channels.
RG146 qualified, or willingness to complete within the first three months of employment.
Experience working with institutional, wholesale or intermediary clients within financial services.
Familiarity with investment platforms and fund research processes.
Experience preparing and analysing business, sales or platform reporting.
Knowledge of adviser rebate arrangements, commercial agreements or platform governance processes.
