What you will do
Medicines Management:
Provide specialist support to ensure safe and effective medication processes.




Medicines Reconciliation:
Conduct detailed reviews to ensure accuracy in patient medication records.

Assist in developing and implementing medicines management procedures.
Ward Support:
Work closely with clinical pharmacists to deliver pharmacy services across wards.
System Utilisation:
Use IT systems such as Cerner, JAC, and Microsoft Office tools effectively.
Communication:

Qualifications / Requirements
ACT Qualification:
Must hold Accredited Checking Technician status.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' NHS ward-based experience.
Registration:
Must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Driving Licence:
Full UK driving licence required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in hospital pharmacy systems and IT applications.
